Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Product images are for illustration. Natural products can vary slightly in size and colour from pack to pack.
- We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order.
- If a price or description is shown incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we dispatch your products. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. You can pay by UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, as shown at checkout. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your responsibilities

- Do not misuse the Site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Product use
Our spices are food products. Please read the pack for ingredients, storage and best-before information. If you have an allergy or medical condition, check with your doctor before use.
Intellectual property
The Varman Essentials name, logo, pack designs, text and images on this Site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights as a consumer.
