Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India. We do not currently ship outside India.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, inclusive of all taxes.
Order processing
Orders are processed after your payment is confirmed. We dispatch your order within 1 business day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier and tracking details on the mobile number you provided at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check that your address, PIN code and mobile number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we can re-send it once the re-shipping cost is paid.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or has missing items, follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
